Mind Matters Group – Positive Mental Health

This group will meet the second Wednesday each month at 7.30 -9.30 in the North Leitrim Women’s Centre.  All Welcome

  • Are you interested in supporting positive mental health issues?
  • Or would you like to meet and chat with other people to promote women’s mental well-being?
  • Have you experienced mental health problems, or want to understand more about them?

Then this may be the group for you.
